Herbal Infusion
A Class for Families to Craft Herbal Butter, Oil, & Vinegar
Step into the aromatic world of herbs in this immersive and hands-on experience class. Join us as we explore the enchanting realm of culinary herbs, learning how to infuse their flavors into three delightful kitchen staples: herb vinegar, herb butter, and herb oils.
Participants will take home their own crafted herb vinegar, herb butter, and herb oil. This class emphasizes sustainable agriculture by teaching participants to grow and use their own herbs, reducing reliance on commercially produced products and promoting a farm-to-table lifestyle.
Additionally, the class fosters environmental stewardship by highlighting the importance of using natural, homegrown ingredients, which contribute to a healthier ecosystem and promote sustainable living practices.
The class lasts approximately 1.5 hours. Suggested donation is $10 per person
